  18. You didn't mention which OS you are having this problem in?
  19. I used to suffer from the same problem and fixed it yesterday in W 95
  20. check what your Comm speed is set at, not the MODEM to MODEM speed.
  21. In W 95 you want to check under DUN and your ISP name then Properties then Configure set
  22. to 115200.  Now the USR and DUN recognize each other every time.  Before DUN suffered the same problems
  23. that you encountered but the Apps that USR provided didn't.

  25. I had set the Comm speed to 115200 under Control Panel Modem, however the value in DUN for my ISP took precedence.
